WHOLISTIC NUTRITIONAL MEDICINE, IRIDOLOGY AND REFLEXOLOGY
Claire qualified with distinction in 1997 from the Plaskett Nutritional Medicine College and she immediately set up in private practice working at natural health clinics along the south coast.
She currently covers East and West Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
In 2001 Claire introduced reflexology into her practice after completing a number of courses and upgrading to become a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Along with treating a wide range of health problems, over the years Claire has taught for adult education, lectured to students of complementary therapies, given talks to Women’s Institutes and similar groups, provided workshops for various support groups such as arthritis, heart disease and diabetes associations and also worked with charities such as Mind and also Care for the Carers to provide educational and fun sessions for participants.
She has written articles on nutrition for various publications, advised on food intolerance for York Laboratory and given advice to schools on the value of healthy eating for children.

I consider every aspect of a person’s health rather than just focusing on the area of the presenting problem in isolation.
Treating the WHOLE person in this way will optimise the chances of them achieving long lasting changes to health.
Through my work I like to give the individual the knowledge that they need to take control of their own health.”
Claire has treated a wide range of health problems over the years.
Her particular areas of interest are digestive disorders, auto immune diseases especially those associated with joint health, chronic fatigue, blood sugar imbalances and weight problems.
